~30 Years of Experience
With nearly three decades of experience supporting children, youth, and families, Marsha Coward brings depth, steadiness, and real world expertise to her work. Marsha began her career in residential care and day treatment programs, later expanding into hospital-based mental health, community case management, child protection, and school board settings.
Her approach is trauma-informed, relationship-based, and grounded in practical skill-building. Drawing from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), exposure-based strategies, and attachment-focused practices. Marsha helps children and families move from crisis to stability and from survival to growth.
Marsha believes that co-regulation is the foundation for change. When caregivers feel supported and equipped, children thrive.

Amazing
"Marsha has been absolutely amazing. We were initially concerned that our son might not be open to the support, but she created such a positive and comfortable experience for him. She took the time to truly get to know him, worked with him to set meaningful goals, and it has been incredible to watch his confidence grow after every session."
